He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Mosley and Gertrude Heart. He is survived by: his son Patrick Rashkin of New Hampshire; his siblings, Pamela Burns (Frank) of Jackson, Pat Tines of Sommerville, Reba Wright of Sommerville and Terry Mosley of Dyersburg; his niece Brandi Ellis (Willie Gilbert); his nephew Randell Wolff; his great-nieces, Makaliyah Hughes, Da-Leiyah Gilbert and Victoria Wolff; and his great-nephew Ryan Carson.
