He was predeceased by: his parents, Aaron Blake Moore and Annie Lee Moore; his son Chucky Crowell; and his brothers, Phillip Winstead and Bobby Winstead.
He is survived by: his daughter Randi Luhellier (Brett) of Deposit, NY; his grandchildren, Starla Crocker, Jadea Luhellier, Isaiah Luhellier and Dawson Luhellier; and his great grandchild Kristian Ray Crocker.
