He is survived by: his daughters, Kimberly Fawver of Newbern, TN and Pamela Bishop of Dyersburg, TN; his stepsons, Phillip Lewis of Dyersburg, TN and Ben Lewis of Arizona; his grandchildren, Frankie Arreola of Wilmington, NC, Aiden Bishop of Dyersburg, TN, Jake Fawver of Newbern, TN, Gabby Mendez of Memphis, TN, Ava Fawver of Newbern, TN, Mia Bishop of Dyersburg, TN and Julia Lewis of Gleason, TN; his great grandchild Andrea Arreola of Tiptonville, TN.; and his siblings, Larry "Dean" Damesworth (Naomi) of Gleason, TN, Edith Newsome (Ray) of Paris, TN, Linda Tabor (Bob) of Hayti, MO, Judy Hammond (Scotty) of Dyersburg, TN and Debra Lock (Kelly) of Dyersburg, TN. He is also survived by many extended family members and friends.
