She is survived by: her children, Billy Phelps (Teresa) of McKenzie, TN and Teresa Porter (Larry) of Greenfield, TN.; and her daughter-in-law Jill Phelps of Mckenzie, TN.. She is also survived by eight grandchildren and fourteen great grandchildren.
