She is survived by: her husband Richard Jonak of Gleason, TN.; her children, Keith Jonak (Kaylee) of Athens, TN, Kevin Jonak of Puerto Rico, Kyle Jonak of Apple Valley, CA and Kelly Jonak of Atlanta, GA.; her grandchildren, Travis, Taylor Jonak, Ryan and Kate Kennedy; and her great grandchildren, Austin, Nicholas and Savannah Jonak.
