With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Dean Russell (Gleason, Tennessee), born in Lawrenceburg, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on August 14, 2024 at the age of 72. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Tommie Smith and Lavern "Sis" Smith; and her husband Leon Russell. She is survived by: her children, Jimmy B. Arrington (Stephannie) of Cumberland Furnace, Tennessee, Betsy Dismuke of Bruceton and Jenny Barton of Milan, Tennessee; her sisters, Julie Ann Graves (Charles) of Bradford and Faye Mitchell of Medina, Tennessee.; her grandchildren, Bethany Graves, Robert Graves (Blair), Jack Arrington, Brooklyn Barton, Dylan Barton, Megan Barton and Ashlyn Barton; and her great grandchildren, Addy Perry and Presley Graves.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made, in Mawmaw's memory, to the Gleason Public Library, Gleason Senior Center (Rotary Club) or a charity of your choice.
