He is survived by: his wife Ann Ellis of Gleason, TN.; and his children, Denise Ellis of McKenzie, TN, Dan Jr. Ellis (Donna) of Dresden, TN and Dwayne Sr. Ellis (Karen) of Gleason, TN.. He is also survived by eleven grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
