She is survived by: her sons, Terry Joe Ivy (Monica) of Gleason and Tony Ivy (Karla) of Ridgely, Tennessee; her sisters, Claudie "Jim" Mullins of Tiptonville and Tommie Sue Wyrick of Ridgely, Tennessee; and her grandchildren, Chassidy Byington (Ronnie) of Gleason, Kristen Sandoval (Esteban) of Dyersburg, Tony Ivy (Sabrina) of Ridgely, Kelsey Covington (John) of Ridgely and Justin Permenter (Hillary) of Bogota.
