She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Linda Chappell of Gleason, TN; her siblings, Bobby Umsted of Huntingdon, TN, Pearl Winchester of Paducah, KY and Shirley Brewer of Huntingdon, TN; her grandsons, Charles Chappell (Marie) and Jonathon Chappell (Amanda); and her great grandchildren, Keeley Chappell (Clayton) and Emma Chappell.
