She is survived by: her husband Douglas Clark of Gladeville, TN; her children, Teresa Clark of Gladeville, TN, Michelle Langford of Gladeville, TN and David Clark (Gennifer) of Lebanon, TN; her grandchildren, David of Gladeville, Cody Clark of Gladeville, Hunter Clark of Gladeville, Tanner Langford of Gladeville and Alexandria Perrigo (Shawn) of Lebanon, TN; her great grandchildren, Jackson, Karter Perrigo and Cash Perrigo; her brother John Holland (Joyce) of Crossville, TN; and also Lisa Clark.
