He is survived by: his sons, Kevin Spain (Jimmie) and Cory Bridges (Beth); his sister Glenda Holt; his granddaughters, Scarlet Swanner, Shanna Pafford, Tarra Sims, Taylor Ballentine and Lori Bridges; his great grandchildren, MiKayla Morris, Lexi Swanner, Grace Martin, Avery Brigance, Maddie Sims, Brayden Arnold and Turner Sims; and his great great grandchildren, Danica and Drake Barham.
In lieu of flowers, nothing would honor Terry more than a donation made to St. Jude Children's Hospital in his memory.
