She was predeceased by: her parents, Hubert Elvis Vestal and Maudie Mae Perry Vestal; her husband Floyd Adams; her children, Don Adams, Paulette James and Wanda Ratliff; and her grandson Will James.
She is survived by: her son Tony Adams of Milan; her children-in-law, Barbara Adams of Humboldt and Robert Ratliff of Cary; and her grandchildren, Jeff Adams, Ashley Brooks, Drew Ratliff, Craig Ratliff, Savannah Burke and Matt Adams. She is also survived by six great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
