It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Lee Roy Humphrey of Gibson, Tennessee, born in Halls, Tennessee, who passed away on August 19, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father Charley Humphrey; his siblings, Johnny Humphrey, Lucky Humphrey, William Humphrey, Joyce Jean Mitchson, Mary Katherine Noblin and Sharon Rose; and his grandson Brian Keith Sipes.
He is survived by: his wife Teresia Humphrey of Gibson, Tennessee; his daughters, Deborah Humphrey of Dyersburg and Donna Hay of Dyersburg, Tennessee; his stepson Chris Guinn of Humboldt, Tennessee; and his siblings, Robert Humphrey of Birdsong, Jerry Humphrey of Memphis, Tennessee and Brenda Carter of Hornlake, Mississippi. He is also survived by numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
