He was predeceased by: his wife Louise Sinclair Williams; his parents, Claudia Douglas and Thomas Marshal Williams, Sr.; his sisters, Arthurlene Hinson and Rebecca McGaughey; and his niece Deborah Hinson.
He is survived by: his nephew Bill McGaughey; and his cousin Lou McFarland.
