She was predeceased by: her mother Wayburn Steck. She is survived by: her husband Philip F. Counce; her children, Christina Counce May (Edward), Philip F. Counce, Jr. (Kary) and Jennifer Counce Parthenais (Taylor); and her sisters, Carol Steck Graw (Mike) and Deborah Steck Alexander (Michael). She is also survived by ten loving grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorials be made to the Catholic Church of Holy Spirit, St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Catholic Charities.
