He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Luter and Juanita Luter. He is survived by: his wife Jamie Luter; his daughters, Amy Keith (Owen) and Amanda Nelson (Dan); and his grandchildren, William Keith, Nicholas Keith and Emily Keith.
