It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Robert Jewel Dixon of Germantown, Tennessee, who passed away on March 7, 2024, at the age of 91, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Laurence Dixon and Omra Dixon; his former wife Carolyn Dixon; his wife Ruby Dixon; his brothers, Pete Dixon and Tom Dixon; and his son-in-law David Hughes.

He is survived by: his children, Ken Dixon (Greta) of Lakeland, Robin Hughes of Collierville and Chris Bradley (Scott) of Collierville; his brother Jim Dixon (Peggy); his sister-in-law Carolyn T. Dixon; his grandchildren, Dixie Hughes of College Station, TX, Caroline Beyer (Shane) of Centerton, AR, Melissa Jones (Dustin) of Collierville, Lauren Dixon of Memphis, Taylor Bradley (Melaina) of Portland, OR and Ashley Boshell (Andrew) of Tyler, TX.; and his great grandchildren, Ashlyn Jones, Easton Jones of Collierville, Millie Mae Beyer of Centerton, Liv Boshell, Maggie Boshell, Eden Boshell, Annie Boshell of Tyler, Silas Dixon, Elle Dixon and Lollie Dixon of Memphis.
