She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Langston and Helen Langston; and her granddaughter Rachel Hooten. She is survived by: her husband Gordon Hooten; her sister Annie Mae Maclin; her children, Terri Bader (Eric), Steve Hooten (Hilda), Mark Hooten (Lisa) and Matthew Hooten (Tracy); and her grandchildren, Emily Hooten, Samuel Hooten and Sarah Hooten.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be made to Our Lady of Sorrows Catholic Church, 3700 Thomas St., Memphis, TN 38127.
