It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Patsy Thomas Powell of Germantown, Tennessee, who passed away on March 12, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Luther Thomas and Mildred Lea Thomas; her husband Railey Powell; and her siblings, James Thomas and Janie Thomas.
She is survived by: her children, Wesley R. Powell (Michael Rourke) of New York, NY and Lisa Powell Brown (Scott) of Germantown, TN; her pet Millie Jean; and her grandchildren, Beckett, Olivia Lea Rourke, Benjamin and William Brown.
