It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Mary Etta Howard in Germantown, Tennessee, born in West Columbia, Texas, who passed away on November 3, 2022, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She is survived by: her husband Walter Ray Howard; her daughters, Arletta Howard Logan and Alicia Howard Wong; and her grandchildren, Kenton Wong, Kianna Wong, Kamryn Wong, Marianna Logan and Galadriel Logan.
