She was predeceased by: her husband Lucien E. "Bud" Puckett; her parents, Clifton Sylvester Price and Mildred Taliferro Clark Price; and her siblings, Raymond, Jake, Jack Price, Bonnie Golden, Toots Tryon, Sue Moore and Ruby Ballard.
She is survived by: her son Mark Puckett (Tina Matthews) of Germantown; and her grandchildren, Angela Puckett Smith (Bill) and David Edward Puckett. She is also survived by 3 great grandchildren.
Memorial contributions in her name may be sent to St. Mary's Catholic Church in Bolivar.
