It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Jim Doran (Germantown, Tennessee), born in Murray, Kentucky, who passed away on April 29, 2020, at the age of 81, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, T. C. Doran and Lou Doran; his wife Bette Stamps Doran; his brother Tom Doran; his children, Mark Doran and Karen Lively (Dale); his grandchildren, Brandon, Heather Doran, Blake Lively (Halle Kennedy) and Brian Lively; and his great grandchildren, Hayden, Eli and Kinsley Doran.
Jim Doran, 81, of Germantown, Tennessee, went home to be with the Lord on Wednesday, April 29, 2020 after struggling with COVID-19.
In lieu of customary remembrances, the family requests memorials be made in Jim's name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital, the Memphis Humane Society, or an organization of your choice, if you feel so inclined.
