He was predeceased by: his parents, James Ellsworth Hollis and Maymie Elizabeth Porter; and his siblings, James Hollis and Francis Titchler. He is survived by: his wife Donna Hollis; his children, Jack Alexander Hollis, Jr. (Karen), Cindy Udell and David James Hollis (Rachael); and his grandchildren, Taylor Brooke Hollis, Mallory Evelyn Udell, Allison Caroline Udell, Jack Alexander Hollis, III, Tyler Earnest, Sophie Earnest and Nora Kate Hollis.
