It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Homer O'Neil Parker of Germantown, Tennessee, born in Booneville, Mississippi, who passed away on January 12, 2021, at the age of 90, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Homer Parker and Bonnie Parker; his stepmother Irene Parker; and his brother Raymond Parker (Shirley). He is survived by: his wife Sarah Floyd Parker; his children, Mike Parker (Sue), David Parker and Paige Essary (Chris); his grandchildren, Daniel Parker, Fletcher Parker (Mel), Chelsea Dove (Houston), Chad Parker and Michael Essary; his great grandchild Harrison Dove; and his sister Bettie Gustafson (Gene).
In lieu of flowers, the family requests memorials be sent to Harding School of Theology or Park Avenue Church of Christ in Memphis, TN.
