We are sad to announce that on February 17, 2020, at the age of 91, Graper Warren Counce (Germantown, Tennessee) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He is survived by: his son Russ; his daughter-in-law Lynn; and his granddaughter Bethany of Germantown.
