It is with great sadness that we announce the death of George W. Nowlin of Germantown, Tennessee, born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on January 12, 2022, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was loved and cherished by many people including : his parents, Kittie Davis Nowlin and John David Nowlin, Jr.; his wife Brenda Darty; his children, Brent Nowlin (Marissa), Wendy Durham and Angie Shipman (Cory); his grandchildren, Sophie, McCallie, Carter, Davis, Bennett, George and Wilson; and his siblings, John David Nowlin, III, Linda Tichenor, Charlotte Lee, Wade Nowlin and Mary Virginia Bailey.
