He was predeceased by: his mother Dorothy H. Hoff; and his siblings, Judy Haner, Janet Kalilikane, Susan Hoff and James Hoff.

He is survived by: his father Francis M. Hoff; his wife Martha Carol Hoff; his children, Jeffery M. Hoff and Jennifer L. Hoff; his grandsons, J. Harrison Hoff and Henry W. Hoff; his caregivers, Charlyn and Dee; and also Shannon Hoff.
