He was predeceased by: his parent Carl T. Cook. He is survived by: his spouse Ruth Dollar Cook; his parent Nannie Cook; his daughter Carolyn Cook Johnson; his grandson Bayne T. Williams; his niece Maie Wood of Nashville; and his sister-in-law Elizabeth Cook (late Jesse Bibb Cook) of West Point, MS.. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
