It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Elsie C Ouellette of Germantown, Tennessee, born in Hartford, Connecticut, who passed away on November 14, 2021, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Louis Mercier and Elsie Mercier; her husband Roland L Ouellette; her son Robert A Ouellette; her sisters, Barbara Carlson of Kensington, CT and Anna Huey of Middletown, CT; and her children, David Ouellette of Memphis, TN, Lynn (Terry), Atwell of Lapeer, MI, Barbara (Vince), Morelli of Germantown, TN, Ann (Don) and Mellen of Bartlett, TN. She was also cherished by 8 grandchildren, 8 great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers the family asks donations be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital or Ronald McDonald House.
