She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis E. "Monty" Montgomery and Mary Ellen Montgomery (James); her husband O. E. "Gene" Fields; and her sister Linda Gail Kennedy (Montgomery). She is survived by: her children, Jimmy Fields (Kay), Mike Fields (Kathy) and Sandy Hunt (Jason); and her grandchildren, Katie Fields, Lindsay Whitaker (Eric), Jamie Morrow (Chris), Michael Pannell, Andrew Pannell (Jill), Mick Fields, Mary Jean Fields and Gena Pannell. She is also survived by eight great grandchildren and several close friends.
In lieu of flowers, she requested that memorials be made to her church-Covenant Baptist Church, 3170 Houston Levee, Collierville, Tennessee or to the charitable organization of your choice.
