She was predeceased by: her parents, Walter Bailey Taylor and Estelle E. Taylor; her husband John R. Langlois (Jack); her daughter Helen E. Langlois; and her sisters, Mary Elizabeth Talley Marino, Sarah Beatrice Talley Cherry and Evelyn Marie Taylor Sharpe.

She is survived by: her sons, John Langlois (Kelly Langlois) of Gadsden, AL and Mark Taylor Langlois (Jo Ann Langlois) of Germantown, TN; and her grandchildren, Hannah Behr, Bradley Langlois, Sarah Langlois, Anthony W. Rotello and Caprice A. Rotello.

In Lieu of flowers the family is asking for donations be made to Edith's church or St. Jude.
