He was loved and cherished by many people including: his spouse Heidi Steele Wingate of Germantown, TN; his children, Kevin Wingate, Karen Short (Kevin Short), Spencer Wingate and Shea Wingate; his mother Frances Wingate; his brother Thomas Wingate (Tammy); his siblings-in-law, Vick Steele, Hettieann Spendlove and Greta Steele; his nephew Logan Spendlove; his nieces, Kelly Spendlove and Greta Roberts; his grandson Will Gunter Short; and his father Phillies.
