He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Dorothy Fuller Vaughan of Germantown and Darwin Penn Vaughan; his wife Alice Hart Vaughan; his children, Dr. Joel Fuller Vaughan (Regan) of Amman, Jordan, Dr. Jeremy Reid Vaughan (Julia) of Draper, Utah and Amanda Marie Gray (Evan) of Charlottesville, Virginia; his siblings, Gary Vaughan (Pam), Ronald Vaughan (Natalie) and Betty Jane Green (Allen); and his grandchildren, Marie Vaughan, Caleb Vaughan, Kate Vaughan, Elizabeth Vaughan, Ezra Vaughan, Malachi Vaughan, Darby Vaughan, Salem Vaughan, Piper Vaughan, Finn Vaughan, Emerson Gray and Delaney Gray.
