With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Carl Edwin Osborne Jr. of Germantown, Tennessee, born in Paducah, Kentucky, who passed away on September 17, 2021 at the age of 85. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carl E Osborne Sr. and Mary L Osborne; his wife Marion Osborne; his children, Leah Ann Kelley (Tom) and Carl Osborne III (Susan); his grandchildren, Brittany Piegari (Nick), April Osborne (Sungho Chun), Noah Kelley, Katie Mayer, Morgan Osborne, Olivia Osborne, Alexandra Osborne and Walker Matsu Cable; his brothers, Tom Osborne (Arlene), Jim Osborne (Carol) and David Osborne (Brenda); his former wife Patricia Davis Osborne; and his son Andrew Davis Osborne. He was also cherished by many nieces, nephews, and cousins.
