It is always difficult saying goodbye to someone we love and cherish. Family and friends must say goodbye to their beloved Buddy Record of Germantown, Tennessee, who passed away at the age of 89, on August 28, 2021. He was predeceased by: his parents, Callier Jesse and Gladys Futrell Record; his granddaughter Ricki Suzanne Lowery; the mother of his children Olera Nance Asbridge; his daughter Jana Laurie Harris; his wives, Dorothy Simpson Record and Margaret Newman Record; and his siblings, Betty Thurman of Oklahoma City, Bill Record of Henderson and Dan Record (Tommy) of Dayton, TN.
He is survived by: his children, Jennifer Lowery (Danny) of Dyersburg and Jeffrey Record (Ellen) of Montgomery, AL; his stepdaughters, Constance Campbell of Henderson and Allison Campbell Hill of McKenzie; and his grandchildren, Carol Markham, Sally Johnson, Jenny Irions, Julie Ozment, David Lowery, Jessica Record, Jason Record, Derrick Campbell and Ashley Ladd. He is also survived by twenty great grandchildren and two great great grandchildren.
There will be no visitation due to COVID precautions.
