Beverly Joan Gatlin Midyett Obituary
We are sad to announce that on March 5, 2024, at the age of 83, Beverly Joan Gatlin Midyett of Germantown, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Jack Gatlin and Gretchen Gatlin; her brothers, Frank, Jerry and Harvey Gatlin; and her sister-in-law Joy Gatlin.
She is survived by: her husband Jerry Midyett; her children, Kelly Prine (Sean), Kristen Williamson (Trent), Clay Midyett (Sara) and Kevin Starks (Becky); her brother Larry Gatlin; her sisters-in-law, Betty Gatlin and Mildred Gatlin; her grandchildren, Katelyn Adkins (Chandler), Abayomi Finnie, Karli Williamson, Kinsey Prine, Cole Williamson, Karagan Prine, Kennedy Williamson, Ruby Midyett, Mac Midyett, Sam Midyett, Kellen Starks and Skylar Starks; and her great grandchild Gatlin Adkins.
That three-week commitment lasted until 2020 when the pandemic and her own health forced her to back away from these duties.
In lieu of flowers, contributions can be made in her memory to Harding Academy of Memphis or Highland Church of Christ in Memphis.
