He was predeceased by: his siblings, Jeff Fulmer and Marie Fulmer Copp; his wife Nancy Fulmer; and his parents, Mary Lee (Busby) and Arthur Fulmer.
He is survived by: his girlfriend Susan Russell; his children, Arthur Fulmer III (Michelle) and Catherine Muscari (Pat); and his grandchildren, Audrey, Marylee Muscari, Phoebe and Hill Fulmer.
A celebration of life was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Lord's Chapel at Elmwood Cemetery (824 S Dudley St, Memphis, TN 38104).
