We are sad to announce that on September 2, 2021, at the age of 49, Tony Blair Jr. of Georgetown, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

He was predeceased by: his mother Mattie Ann Swafford. He is survived by: his wife Michele; his children, Zavier Blair (Alijah) of Cleveland, Zachery Blair of Cleveland and Jasmine Blair of Cleveland; his granddaughter Zayli Blair; and his siblings, Adafo Blair Sr., Reginald Parker Sr. (Amber), Antwan Blair (Honey) and Antalaya Spencer (Veronica).
