He was predeceased by : his mother Mattie Ann Swafford. He is survived by : his wife Michele; his children, Zavier Blair (Alijah) of Cleveland, Zachery Blair of Cleveland and Jasmine Blair of Cleveland; his granddaughter Zayli Blair; and his siblings, Adafo Blair Sr., Reginald Parker Sr. (Amber), Antwan Blair (Honey) and Antalaya Spencer (Veronica).
