He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Eddy Finke, Dennis Simonds of Jean Barron, R. D, Cleland McClain and Gary Klaiss, Jr.; and his aunt Tiffany Alongi (Baby Lyric).
He is survived by: his parents, Krista Adams and Kenneth Smith of Georgetown; his sister Journee Smith; his grandparents, Angela Adams, Gary Klaiss, Fred, Jennifer Adams, Stacy, Ricky Webb, Jackie and Eddie Smith; his aunts and uncles, Bobby Adams (Madison), Joshua, Autumn and Summer Smith; and his great-grandparents, Roxanne Radeke, Regina White, Donald Whittaker, Stephanie Hale (Bill), Lisa Alongi and Barbara McClain. He is also survived by several cousins, and other extended family.
