He was predeceased by: his parents, James Roark and Irene Allison Roark. He is survived by: his wife Beverley Roark; his children, Felicia Moorehead (Tony), Philip Ray "Chip" Roark II, Andrea Roark and Gary Randall "Randy" Roark; his grandchildren, Braley Moorehead, Kinley Moorehead, Bree Roark and Weston Roark; and his sisters, Jean Holder, Janice Cooper and Joy Denton (Chris).
All Covid mandates will be in place, such as wearing a mask and social distancing at the church and at the cemetery.
In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Bayside Baptist Church, in support of the Wildcat Christian Academy, 6100 Highway 58, Harrison, TN 37341.
