He was predeceased by : his parents, James Edwin Tinsley and Ruby Hall Johnson; and his brother Robert Dean Tinsley. He is survived by : his wife Freida Tinsley; his sons, John Paul Tinsley (Diane) and James Edward Tinsley; and his sister Cindy Stewart (Joe). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
