She is survived by: her parents, Tom Parrott and Louise Romine Parrott; her spouse Ronnie Wayne Carper; her brothers, Charles Parrott and William Parrott; her daughters, Amanda Gardner and Kim Jarrett; and her siblings, Kathy Morrow, Deb Posey, Larry Posey, Wanda Coram, Mark Coram and Tom Parrott. She is also survived by children and two great grandchildren, and a host of extended family and friends.
