She is survived by: her daughter-in-law Patricia Worley of Birchwood; her grandchildren, Nikka Moates (John), Starla Flowers and Isaac Worley; her great grandchildren, Cole Flowers, Zebb Stuart, Liam Stuart and Zoie Flowers; her great great grandchild Waylon Flowers; and her adoptive son Doug Rhoades. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
