Hooper (Georgetown, Tennessee), born in Van Nuys, California, who passed away on June 7, 2018, at the age of 76, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Dede Hooper; and his granddaughters, Kurt Hooper, Nancy, Samantha and Sydney Hooper.
