He is survived by: his wife Deborah; his daughter Cheryl; his stepchildren, Christine (Mike), Kim (Jim) and Steve (Michelle); his brother Phil (Linda); his former wife Sandy; his grandchildren, Chrissy (Joe), Linley (Kevin), Ashley (Corey), Kevin, Ryker, Ren, Jake, Tyler, Steve, Morgan, Kendall and Jordan; his great grandchildren, Adella, Henrik, Novak, Dakota, Archer, Anna and Willard; and also, Craig (Kathy), Marc (Eva) and Michael (Stephanie).
In lieu of flowers, Keith's favorite charity is St. Jude Children's Hospital.
