She is survived by: her husband Charles Wayne Green; her children, Mary Verlena Waters (David Weeks), Mollie Ann Simmons (Kenneth Simmons) and Joe Newton Pendergrass Jr. (Lisa Williamson); her grandchildren, Brandon Pendergrass, Erica Luna, Karlin Childs, Austin Simmons and Jacob Simmons; her great grandchildren, Marshall Howard, James Childs and Amber Grace Lee; and her sister Mary Beth Hendrick. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
