She was predeceased by: her parents, John Burnette and Ada McDowell Burnette; and her husband Charles Garren, Sr.. She is survived by: her children, Charles Garren, Jr. (Alicia), Lynn (Randy Carr) and Denise (Hank Smith); her granddaughters, Samantha (Chaz Lawson) and Katelyn (Miles Ratliff); and her great grandchild Chazleigh Lawson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and other extended family.
