She was predeceased by: her parents, Alma Wilbanks Martin and Cecil Martin Sr.. She is survived by: her sons-in-law, Ronnie Volbert and Garry Gilliland; her siblings, Ruby Seamstress, Cecil Martin Jr. and Buddy Martin; her husband Fred Williams Sr. of Georgetown; and her children, Janet Volbert of Lima, Joletta Williams of Harrison, Alma Gilliland of Georgetown, Shellie Sims (Arnold) of White Pine and Fred Williams Jr. of Cleveland. She is also survived by her numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great great grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
