He was predeceased by: his wife Patricia Norrell; his parents, Johnny Norrell and Lillian Norrell; and his sister Shelia Norrell. He is survived by: his children, Holly Dale, Tracy Norrell and David Norrell; and his brother William "Bill" Marvin Norrell. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; and 6 great-grandchildren.
