He was predeceased by: his parents, James Robert Sise and Juanita Williams Sise; his brother James; his wife Peggy Zirk; and also Ethane Haney.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia Womac Sise; his children, Angela Sise, Tamela Sanders-Line (Stephen), Stephanie Sise and Aaron Sise (Amy); his stepsons, Clifford Haney and Adam Haney; his grandchildren, Secret, James, Trent, Alyssa, Alayna and Asher; his stepgrandchildren, Devon, Hayden, Noland and Lilly; and his siblings, Barbara Burnette, Lela Settlemyer and Randall. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family asks that you make donations to New Fellowship Baptist Church in his honor.
